          Try the following exercises daily.
Just give half an hour of daily schedule for your health and have a fit body.


Running
A jog atleast 1km is essencial to have a slim body and can help you out to form abs.
 Day 1200m
 Day 2500m
 Day 3700m
 Day41000m
 Day 5 1000m
(Keep 1000m on regularly)

Jumping

Daily 50-60 jumps can strengthen your thighs and stomach. Also it makes the blood circulation smooter within your body. Asthama and heart patients must try at regular basis.

Squats

Sit-ups 50 times can reduce the belly fat at stomach and thighs. Your legs become strong and helpful for speedy running.



Push-ups

Push ups make your biceps, strengthen your hands and grow muscles.
 Day 1&2 5-5 (2 sets)
 Day 3&4    10-10 (2 sets)
 Day 4&6  15-15 (2 sets)
 Day 7&8  20-20 (2 sets)
 Day 9&10 25-25 (2 sets)
(Keep 25-25(2 sets) on regularly)

Crunches

For making abs, crunches are very important. Crunches help to burn fats at stomach. It also a back fine exercise.
(One should not try to cross the body limit. It will catch pain in your stomach)


Flexibility
The given type of exercises can make your body flexible, espacially for gymnasts and swimmers.
